[Objective] Aim to observe the variation of ET and NO in plasma and CSF in rabbits, and evaluate the effects of Tetramethylpyrazine(TMP) in prevention and cure Cerebral Vosospasm(CVS) after Subarachnoid Hemorrhage (SAH).[Method] 24 New Zealand rabbits were randomly assigned into three groups: pseudo-operation group, model group and (TMP)treatment group. Every group contained 8 rabbits. SAH was established according to injecting blood into the cisterna magna. The treatment group was administrated with TMP(20mg/KG.d) transperitoneally. ET and NO of plasma and CSF were detect by radical immunoassay at 72h and 168h after SAH,. Neurofunction were detected in every group at all the time scales.[Result] 1.After SAH, the variation of ET in CSF increased significantly in model groups compared with pseudo-operation group. As times pasted, the variation increased much higher. The variation of ET in plasma increased significantly in contrast group compared with pseudo-operation and treatment group. No significantly contrast could be found in model groups. In treatment group, the ET decreased in plasma and CSF. The variation of ET at 168h was lower than at 72h.2.After SAH, the variation of NO in CSF decreased significantly in model group compared with pseudo-operation group. As times... |
