| Objective: To study the availability of using diode laser to radiate on acupoints in the two experimental myopia by investigating the change of refraction ,axis of eyeballs and ultrastructure of defocus-induced myopia and form-deprivation myopia in infant guinea pigs. Compare the urtrastractuce of the experimental groups with control groups and try to know whether the low-energy diode laser is safe or not in experimental myopia. to provide experimental proof for the clinical application of using the low-energy to treat the adolescent myopia. Methods: (1) Choose 50 healthy guinea pigs of two weeks old to divide into 5 groups randomly. Each group was 10, the first and second groups were sutured in the left eyelids to cover the eyeball. A-6.00D-powered lens over the left eyes of the third and fourth groups. The right eyes of all these four groups, the fifth group had no intervention factor (2) Two weeks later, abscised the suture and lens, using the low-energy diode laser to radiate on acupoints, such as Jingming, Zuanzhu, Chengqi, Taiyang , in the left eyes of the second and fourth groups. treatment period was ten days , after 4 days,... |
