Objective To analyse the prevalence .etiology ,clinical feature ,prognosis and prognostic factors of invacive cervical carcinoma under 35 years old in NinXia .Methods The clinical information of 67 patients under 35 years old were respectively nanlysed to investigate the difference in clinical and pathological feature ,prognosis in two groups,in control with 82 patients from 36-78 years old in same time. Results (1)The percentage of younger patients in study group was increased gradually in six years from 1998—2003, 11.11%,13.63%,15.21%,17.28 %,19.12%,23.58% respectively .(2)Clinical feature : Contact bleeding was the classic symptom in 79.10%(53/67) in study group but 40.24%(33/82) in control group(P<0.01).Irregular bleeding is the main symptom in control group.30 cases in 67 patients (44.7%) were dignosed as cervivicitis incorrectly in first visiters,12cases(17.91%) as menstrual disorder ,one case as hysteromyoma preoperative diagnosis.(3)Pathologic feature: Ectogenesis profile is the main shape in two groups, 49.25% and 65.85% respectively.
