In this paper, we studied the pharmacokinetics with cefotaxime- sulbactam compound injection in healthy volunteers to demonstrate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of the injection, to acquire major pharmacokinetic parameters and to provide basis for safe, reasonable and scientific clinical tests. Main results are as follows:1. Establishment of an analytical HPLC method of samples such as plasma and urine containing both cefotaxime and sulbactam. Since the method uses different mobile phases and detection wavelengths to carry out the detection respectively, it is very accurate, quick, highly sensitive and effective.2. Pharmacokinetic tests have been conducted for cefotaxime-sulbactam injection in healthy volunteers for the first time ever. Major pharmacokinetic parameters of mixed cefotaxime-sulbactam compound injection has been acquired for the first time.3. Comparative studies have been made for the pharmacokinetics of a single dose through tests of the above 3 compound injections on 3 periods alternatively on 9 healthy volunteers divided into 3 groups. Results show that two groups with compound injection of cefotaxime and sulbactam have no pharmacokinetic interaction, showing that they can be combined to use. No abnormal subjective or objective findings, physical findings, eletrocardiographic findings, or laboratory test were detected in the process of the test. It's safe to use 3-6g.
