With the vigorous development of life sciences and the upsurge of return natural during 21st century, Chinese traditional medicine has got the new opportunity. However, the quality control of Chinese traditional medicine becomes a big barrier of the Chinese traditional medicine's modernization and internationalization. With the progress of the modern analysis technology, the research of Chinese traditional medicine has developed continuously. Using fingerprint with multiple modern analysis technologies as the method of quality control of Chinese traditional medicine becomes the international mutual recognition presently. The instrument hyphenated technology and chemometrics approaches provide the analysis and quality control of Chinese traditional medicine a powerful method and broad prospect. This work took the actual Chinese traditional medicine system as the object, using many kinds of modern analysis instrument and chemometncs approaches to research the fingerprint and quality control of Chinese traditional medicine. The first chapter discussed the development of the fingerprint and quality control of Chinese traditional medicine and the applying of chemometrics approaches recent years. The second, third and fourth chapters take the ganoderma lucidum and gingko leaf as the experimental object, using FTIR, HPLC, GC-MS and other spectra/ chromatography methods to establish fingerprint systematically. After the adjustment and the optimization to each experimental condition, has finally established the ganoderma lucidum's FTIR fingerprint, the gingko leaf's HPLC fingerprint, the trimethyl derivation of ganoderma lucidum (TMS) GC-MS fingerprint; meanwhile the changing rule of each effective component of different habitat gingko leaf in the different growth cycle has been discussed; the study of the sugar in ganoderma lucidum with the trimethyl silylation derivation GC-MS method has also been... | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Chinese traditional medicine fingerprint, quality control, ganoderma lucidum, gingko leaf, HPLC fingerprint, FTIR fingerprint, GC-MS fingerprint, trimethyl silylation derivation, PCA projection, Euclidean distance cluster analysis | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
