Tubulointerstitial fibrosis ( TIF) is a final common pathway leading to end stage renal failure regardless of diverse initial disease . The factors that have been implicated in the initiation of this cascade are numerous and include cytokines , growth factors , angiotensin II , endothelin , complement proteins , proteolytic enzymes , iron , reactive oxygen metabolism , phosphate , and mechanical factor related to tubular obstruction . There is increasing evidence proved that urine protein associated with renal disease also play an active role in the development of tubulointerstial fibrosis . Bu far , proteinuria is generally accepted to bu not only a sign of renal disease , but also a contributory factor to the development of progressive tubulointerstial fibrosis .The amount of protein in the urine of healthy people is below 150mg/24 hours, and the main components include: immunoglubin(IgG, IgA, IgM and complements ect), albumin, microglubin(αβ,), Tom-Horsffer protein, retinol binding protein( RBP), transferring and the divers enzyme with biological activity. Usually, 40% of total urine protein are albumin, 15% are the piece of immunoglubin, 5% are other serum protein, and another 40% are the histological protein secrected...
