Objective: To investigate the signification and the expression of integrinα2, cadherions, MMPs, and nm23-H1 in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder (BTCC). Method: 53 cases tissues with transitional cell carcinoma of bladder and 10 normal tissues were examined for integrinα2, cadherions, MMPs and nm23-H1 by immunohistochemisry. Result: (1)The positive frequency of expression of integrinα2, cadherions, MMPs, and nm23-H1 in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder were 75.5% (40/53), 54.7% (29/53), 58.5% (31/53), and 32.1%(17/53) respectively. And the expression of those in normal tumor-adjacent tissues was 0, 10, 0 and 0. (2) The expression of integrinα2 in the stage of T1, T2 and T3 was 64.3%, 61.1%, 95.2%,. P<0.05. There were statistic significance among varing stages of differentiation. The expression of integrinα2 of pathological classification I, II, III were 72.2%, 75.0% and 81.8%, P>0.05, There was no statistic significance. The expression of integrinα2 of filtration and no-infiltration was 69.2% and 92.9%. P>0.05. There was no statistic significance among varing stages of differentiation. (3) The expression of cadherions in the stage of Tl, T2 and T3 was 50.0%, 44.4%, 66.7%,. P>0.05. There was no statistic significance among varing stages of differentiation. The expression of cadherions of pathological classifica-...
