Radix Actinidiae is the root of Actinidia Chinensis Planch in Actinidia L. of Actinidiaceae, and has a wide distributing in China, mostly in northeast, north China, northwest and the Changjiang River. It contains ursolic acid, oleanolic acid, succinic acid, daucosterol, arginine, lysine, leucine, alanine, asparagine. It's also rich of many kinds of elements such as Fe,Cu,Mn,Se and so on. Radix Actinidiae's property-flavor is bitter, cold and innocuity. It has the function of heat-clearing and detoxicating. In recent years, some researches have found that Radix Actinidiae and it's preparation had better anticancer function, especially for the digestive system cancer.Parkinson's disease is a kind of neural degeneration disease, caused by cerebral ischemia. In the recent twenty years, it has been the killer that threat human health seriously, and it's sickness rate heightened year by year. Now it becomes a common disease that just inferiors to heart-brain-vein disease. There is a research indicates that exitotoxicity associated with NMDA receptor plays a pivotal effect on the damnification caused by cerebral ischemia. So the application of NMDA receptor antagonist aroses researchers' regard. According to the active-tracing experiment, there are NMDA receptor antagonists' active components in the extractive of Radix Actinidiae, so separating the active components has an important significance of developing new drugs treating PD.In this experiment, we got seven monomer compounds from Radix Actinidiae, by making use of positive column chromatography, reverse column chromatography, gel column chromatography and so on. According to the-spectrum data, they are identified as: 2α, 3β, 19α, 23—quahydroxy usu - 12—en—28—acid—28-0—β—D—pyranglucosidase(I), 28—β—glucopyranosyl ester of 2α, 3β, 19α—trihydroxy urs—12—en—23, 28—dioic acid(II), euscaphic acid (III), daucosteorl(IV),β—sitosterol(V), 2β, 3β, 23α-trihyroxyolean-12 -en-28-acid(VI), and arjunolic acid(VII). Compounds I,II,III,VI,VII are separated from this plant for the first time.
