| Objective : To study the effect of EAM extraction on electrocardiogram(ECG) and myocardium enzyme in experimental myocardial ischemia rats, to provide the support on theory for exploring the fresh medicine.Methods: To observe the protective effects of EAB extraction on anoxia model in normal mice. To study the effects of EAM extraction on Nitric Oxide (NO),Malondialdehyde(MDA),Super oxide Dismutase(SOD) in blood serum, and investigate the effects on electrocardiogram(ECG),myocardium enzyme in experimental myocardial ischemia model by ligating the coronary artery of rats.Results:1. EAM extraction significantly prolonged the survival time in anoxia mice.2. EAM extraction substantially decreased the activities of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creative kinase(CK),Creatine KinaseMBmass(CK-MB)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) in blood serum, and the activity of Nitric Oxide (NO) in blood serum significantly increased in acute myocardial ischemia model of rats.3. EAM extraction could obviously decline the ischemic electrocardiograph S-T segment which drove up in acute myocardial ischemia rats.Conclusion: EAM extraction could obviously protective the myocardial cellular in acute myocardial ischemia rats, and could improve the anoxia function of myocardial cellular; The present results showed that EAM extraction posses the function of defending or curing myocardial ischemia. |
