Clinical Observation On Ploysystic Ovarian Syndrome With Anovulation Treated By Ziyinzhuyun Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect and discuss the function that Zi YIN Zhu Yun decoction treats polycystic ovarian syndrome with anovulation to lay foundation for the further research.Methods: Two groups of PCOS women, each containing twenty- five women with PCOS, the treatment group was treated with Ziyinzhuyun Decoction and the control group was treated with clomiphene citrate. The course of treatment should be last 6 months. Before and after the treatment,the clinical symptoms and reproductive hormones were observed.Results: The rates of total effect and local sign in treatment group was higher than that in control group( P <0.05). There's some differences in decreasing the T level between two groups ( P<0.05 ) .The rate of ovulation of the treatment group is 69.70 % , the control group is 65.12% .The rate of pregnancy of the treatment group is 40% ,the control group is 36% . There was no difference in the rate of ovulation and pregnancy (P>0.05) .Conclusion: Ziyinzhuyun Decoction was proved efficient in the clinical research. Serum testosterone level decreased significantly. Ziyinzhuyun Decoction could provide a good microcircumstance for ovarian follicular growth and result in ovulation and pregnancy.
