The rate of BRCA1 expression in familial breast cancer and non-familial breast cancer was 69.0% and 9.5% respectively in the all case.2. The rate of ER expression in BRCA1 masculine expression breast cancer and BRCA1 negative expression breast cancer was 30.3% and60.8%. ER expression was significantly correlated with BRCA1 masculine expression. The rate of C-erbB-2 expression in BRCA1 masculine expression breast cancer and BRCA1 negative expression breast cancer was 36.3% and39.2%, C-erbB-2 expression was not significantly correlated with BRCA1 masculine expression .3. In familial breast cancer, the rate of ER expression in BRCA1 masculine expression breast cancer and BRCA1 negative expression breast cancer was 24.1% and30.7%. In familial breast cancer, the rate of C-erbB-2 expression in BRCA1 masculine expression breast cancer and BRCA1 negative expression breast cancer was 55.1% and46.1%.They have no correlated with BRCA1 masculine expression in familial breast cancer. 4. In non-familial breast cancer, the rate of ER expression in BRCA1 masculine expression breast cancer and BRCA1 negative expression breast cancer was 75.0% and65.7%. In non-familial breast cancer, the rate of C-erbB-2 expression in BRCA1 masculine expression breast cancer and BRCA1 negative expression breast cancer was 75.0% and60.5%.They have no correlated with BRCA1 masculine expression in non-familial breast cancer.ConclusionBRCA1 expression is high in familial breast cancer. It has relation to familial breast cancer. ER protein expression is low in BRCA1 mutations. BRCA1 expression has no relation to C-erbB-2 protein .It is great important to study the etiopathogenesis, early diagnosis, healing, prognostic evaluation in familial breast cancer. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | familial breast cancer, BRCA1 protein, ER protein, C-erbB-2 protein | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
