DR Application Price In Diagnosis Of Lung Interstitial Changes Caused By Connective Tissue Disease

Objective:To probe into DR using value in the lung interstitial changes caused by connective tissue disease through compared with X-ray chest stemite and DR chest stemite.Methods:1.Collect 67 cases of connective tissue disease diagnosed by clinical definite recently, including medical record and relevant clinical materials.2.Shoot chest stemite of ordinary X-ray and DR separately.3.Reveal lung pathological change by adopting picture edge strengthened, picture enlarged,black white reversed behind the vision.4.Quote categorization method of Mcloud revising criterias for classification of the chest of pneumoconiosis in International Labour Organization(ILO),analyze the situation of pathological change in the lung.5.Analyze whether showing various pathological changes have the difference between chest stemite of ordinary X-ray and DR by epidemic disease and the statistical method.6.At last,reorganize material and draw the conclusion.Results:1.The sensitivity and specificity of experimental group is higher than control group, while the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate is less than control group.2.chest one has difference(p＜0.05)in revealing type round shadow(p＜1.5mm),q (1.5-3.0mm),irregular linear shadows(detailed linear shadow)by statistical analysis.3.chest one has no difference(p＞0.05)in kinds of round(3.1-10mm),irregular linears(string linear shadows),t(medium-sized thick line shadow),u(thick line shadow or flaky shadow),mixing shadow including x(=p+s),y(=q+t),z(=r+u)by statistical analysis.Conclusions:1.DR chest slice has more advantage in revealing type round shadow p,q,irregular linear shadow s than ordinary X chest slice.2.There has no difference between DR chest slice and ordinary X chest slice in showing r type round shadow,irregular linear shadows t,u and mixing shadow x,y,z.
