At present, the traditional Chinese Medicine Fingerprint (TCM-FP) can solve the problem that of steady of Traditional Chinese Medicine quality and complication of drug effect. But it cannot be a quality token of the herbal and describe its in-vivo bioactivity and mechanism. Yet Serum Pharmacology of the traditional Chinese medicine may solve metabolism and change caused by the active components of the major drug effect in–vivo and thus cause the exact medical treatment. Thus, based on the idea of the Bio-FP, this article applies the Serum Pharmacology Testing Method to study serum pharmacochemistry fingerprint and describe the bioactivity, evaluating its bioactive expression of drug effect by means of chromatography separation and making the synchronous test of its drug effect to achieve some Pharmacological parameter.The dissertation includes two parts: The first part mainly studies chemical feature TCM-FP of Lonicera japonica Thunb, serum pharmacochemistry TCM-FP andantibacterial test of serum pharmacology. It includes chapter2, 3 and 4.First, it describes the optimized process about cellulose extraction and meanwhile measures the content of chlorogenic acid in the Lonicera japonica Thunb and also analyses the content of chlorogenic acid in its preparation compound Gexianwen granules and Kouyanqing grains.Secondly, according to the Serum Pharmacology Testing Method, Lonicera japonica Thunb extraction can be used to feed the rabbit to separate the serum to achieve pharmacokinetics parameter of chlorogenic acid in Lonicera japonica Thunb (drug concentration- time curve) and the appearance time of inner chlorogenic acid concentratin is 90 min. The study shows us: chlorogenic acid in Lonicera japonica Thunb can stay 2.5h in rather short time in the body; thus the feeding method of Lonicera japonica Thunb only adapts to big amount of doses feeding not to the common feeding method 2times per day in totally 3days. Meanwhile the HPLC FP of serum pharmacochemistry of Lonicera japonica Thunb can be achieved,while the content of chlorogenic acid in the Lonicera japonica Thunb herbal is rather high. However, its comparative contents apparently decrease after the herbal is absorbed into blood. This shows after taking medicine the transmission capability of chlorogenic acid is rather poor. At last, it has been studied to make a series of pharmaceutical antibacterial activity tests about Lonicera japonica Thunb, its leaves, stems and its serum with drug. By means of the in vitro antibacterial activity test on Lonicera japonica Thunb from variable origin against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aure,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Bacillus subtilis,Candida albicans etc, and plasma with drug, the study shows:Lonicera japonica Thunb from various origin have no antibacterial effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Bacillus subtilis,Candida albicans etc, but have rather great effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aure. Its minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) is quite the same however its bacteriostatic effect on Staphylococcus aure is stronger than Escherichia coli. The MIC of Serum with drug is equal to that of serum with plasma. Their bacteriostatic effect on Staphylococcus aure and Escherichia coli is middle sensitivity. Whether the serum with drug is inactivated or not does not effect its drug treatment.The second part focuses on its chemical TCM FP of Radix Puerariae. It mainly studies HPLC-FP and MEEKC-FP of Radix Puerariae and determinates the concentration of purerarin in the Radix Puerariae. Also it researches HPLC FP of serum pharmacochemistry in the Radix Puerariae. And it is educed that after taking medicine the transmission capability of Puerariae in blood is rather poor.The paper primarily shows that the appearance time of chlorogenic acid of oral Lonicera japonica Thunb is 90min and also the drug concentration-time curve can also be achieved. The active change of transmission chlorogenic acid in its serum has been researched and achieved serum FP initially. It is also the first time to develop in vivo antibacterial activity test of Lonicera japonica Thunb. It has been proven that the serum with drug has strong bacteriostatic effect indeed.
