Meanwhile, total flavonoids and fruit oil is evaluated on increasing anti-oxidative ability.Methods: determination of total flavonoids in fruit of Nitraria by UV spectrophotometer, Single factor experiment was conducted to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids in fruit of Nitraria .The influence of each factor was measured in orthogonal experiment. Compare with content of total flavonoids between in different time fruits of Nitraria and its leaf by optimize the extraction process. Abstraction total flavonoid of Nitraria by Polyamide and sephadex column chromatography,]identification by Polyamide film; monomers of abstraction were determined by infrared ray,nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrometry to analyze. Reproduction model of high lipid, in order to evaluate ability of regulating lipid and increasing anti-oxidative in the ethanol Extraction of fruit of Nitraria . Reproduction model of subacute aging mice, in order to evacuate ability of increasing anti-oxidative in total flavonoids and fruit oil of Nitraria.Results: The concentration of ethanol,temperature,number of times,w/v and times are effecting extraction of flavonids ; content of total flavonoids of mature fruit is relatively high ; the ethanol Extraction of fruit of Nitraria,total flavonoid and the fruit oils were effected different guideline ,The degeneration of hepatic fatty can be modified.
