Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) is a kind of autoimmune disease that affects many system of the body.It is characterized by the presence of autoantibodies in the patient serum, is one of the common diseases diffcult and complicated to treat as ther is still no therapy remarkably effective for it. The cause of SLE is unknown,but generally it is believed to be related to heredity,virus infection,intake of some medicines,exposure to ultraviolet ray and disturbance of endocrine function.The three approaches below are typical current theraphy for SLE.The first one is entirely one of a western medicine.The second is a traditional Chinese herbal medicinal approach.The last one primarily a combination Chinese herbal medicines and accompanied with steroids.The efficacy of the purely western approach is tampered by the long-term use of steroids and complications.The traditional Chinese herbal approach,thanks to its stable and remarkable efficiency,is increasingly applied clinically.Langchangping granule is a new preparation of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which consists of herba Radix Sophorae Tonki-nensis,herba Radix Notoginseng,herba Fructus Ligustri Lucidi,herba Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae,herba Radix Arnebiae,herba Radix Sap-oshnikovia.It has the function of activating blood flow and removing blood stasis and exepilling wind ,dredging channel and clearing away heat to stop bleeding.Therefore it can be used to cure systemic lupus erythem atosus .The objective of this task is to research the cure effect of Langchangping granule,the restrain effect on allergic reaction,and the anti-inflammatory,antipyretic and analgesic effects.1.Through injecting peritoneally with lipopolysaccharides (LPS) (2.5mg/kg) to establish an SLE mouse model.This modle alike with clinical feature and character.Selecting high, middle and low three doses to study.Examing serum and shape of mouse through the effects of different doses.It was indicated that Langchangping granule has significant effects on SLE.It can induce consistency of auto-antibodies and have proper protect effect to joint ,liver and kidney.2.It is indicated that Langchangping granule has significant restrain effects on allergic type I and III reaction and regulate immune function through the response of Arthus and PCA recarion.3.It is observed that Langchangping granule can induce the ear edema by xylene in mice and the fever by 2,4-dinitrophenol. Additional, Langchangping granule can prolong the pain threshold of mice .The results indicate that Langchangping granule possesses anti-inflammatory,antipyretic and analgesic effects.The result of this experiment indicate Langchangping granule has significant restrain effects on SLE.It's mechanism maybe it's regulate immune function.
