| Objective: To observe the effect of Lixin I Endothelin and Atrial natriuretic peptide gravity of serum of the Congestive heart failure rats. To explore the function mechanism of in the treatment of HF in order to benefit the clinical medicine .Methods: Adriamycin is applied to build CHF model. Eighty-four male wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group,model group,carvedilol tablets control group,Xinbao control group,high-dose Lixin I group,low-dose Lixin I group.The general condition and death rate of the rats are evaluated. Meanwhile,ET and ANP in the rats plasma are measured through radioimmunoassay.Results: Firstly, ET of Serum of rat in the control model group is higher than in the normal control group(P<0.01). ET of Serum of rat in the treatment groups is lower than in the control model group (P<0.01). Gene-Bax expression in high-dose LinXin I group is obviously different in contrast to XinBao control group and low-dose LinXin I group(p<0.05 or p<0.01).Secondly, ANP of Serum of rat in the control model group is higher than in the normal control group(P<0.01). ANP of Serum of rat in the treatment groups is lower than in the control model group (P<0.01). Gene-Bax expression in high-dose LinXin I group is obviously different in contrast to carvedilol tablets control group and low-dose LinXin I group(p<0.05 or p<0.01).Conclusions:1.Lixin I can decrease ET serum gravity of the congestive heart failure rats, which effect may be to slow down the secreting of all factors and in this way it could protect the ventriculomegaly cells. 2.Lixin I can decrease ANP serum gravity of the congestive heart failure rats, which revealed the mechanism of action against cardiac failure could be the regulation of endocrine system in the rats with CHF.3. The experiment research result indicates that the ET and ANP serum gravity of the congestive heart failure rats were increased. This was consistent with the recent years some research results.4. Lixin I is an effective prescription, depending on the basic law which is tonifying pneuma, warming Yang, promoting blood flow and using diuretic of gydragogue to alleviate water retention. |
