Advanced Research On The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis With Hauling Treatment

Objective: To analysis and study a more effective treatment regimen of cervical spondylosis with hauling, generalize problems to be solved, simultaneously to observe the clinical effectiveness of supine decubitus hauling in the inflectional position on nerve-root cervical spondylosis.Methods: (1)to collect and reorganize the research materials in the recent decade, and to analysis and generalize the treatment of C S with hauling .(2) choose 60 patients with nerve-root CS patients in the Department of Orthopedics of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2005 to December 2006, and divided them randomly into two groups: therapy group(30 patients) were received compositive treatment which including mainly supine decubitus hauling in the inflectional position. and control group (30 patients) were received compositive treatment which including mainly supine decubitus hauling in the functional position. After two courses, the therapeutic effect were compared between these two groups.Results: Around the treatment group and the control group treats the sole symptom effect to compare, after the T-test, the pate ache, the restriction of activity, the tenderness of neck department, the numbness of upper limb and so on the contrasts is P<0.05, the curvature change contrasts P>0.05. The result indicated the treatment gr oup and the control group can improve the clinical symptom, but there is non-significance difference to curvature change. The treatm ent group and the control group treats the sole symptom effect to c ompare after treatment, after the T-test, the cervical part ache, the tenderness of neck department, the numbness of upper limb and so on the contrasts is P<0.05, The treatment group surpasses the co ntrol group, In the changing of curvature and the restriction of activity ,the is non-significance difference between two groups(P>0.05). The treatment group is consistent with the control group in effect (P>0.05), but the treatment group is better than the control group total effectiveness.Conclusion: The supine decubitus intermittence hauling is easy to relax, to avoid the tension of muscle, the hauling injury to soft tissue of neck not centralized spirit and so on .Then it suits each kind of cervical spondylosis. The supine decubitus intermittence hauling along Cis-position is more advantageous to the treatmen to nerve root CS than supine decubitus intermittent along function position hauling.
