The demonstration study 3 was a case study, has explored effect of each week 3-5 time, each time 30-60 minute, medium intensity bodily exercise accompanying by family member on a serious patient.The result concluded as follows:(1) Depressive level and it symptom factors and sum of exercise is a significant inverse correlation.(2) Depressive level of Chongqing different crowd is significantly different. The more pressure on life,work, the higher depressive level(3) The effect of bodily exercise is significant on light,medium,serious depressive patient.(4) The effect of collective form bodily exercise on light, medium depressive patient is significantly better than independent form. |
