The community health service is the economic, convenient, stronger equity and comprehensive health service, which can satisfy the residents' basic health service needs, economize the health resources of valid way, have a good economic performance and social performance, and also are the world health service development of big trend.ObjectivesFor the sake of solution and evaluating national class demonstration in Henan area to establish, health service need and health service utilization of community residents, Weidong area of Pingdingshan city, dragon District area of Puyang city, Jiefang area of Jiaozuo city were investigated.
