Clinical Effect Of Yishenjiangzhuo Decoction For Chronic Renal Failure And Effect To Serum Homocysteine

Objectives: To observe the clinieal result of Yishenjiangzhuo Decoction in patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) and the change of serum homocysteine level., To delay the progression of CRF and decrease the factor of CRF patients heart-blood vessel complication, The final conduct and actions a satisfactory preparation to therapy chronic renal failure (CRF), to extend and utilize , to achieve determinate society and economic returns.Materials and Methods: Diagnosis and depletion standardization: According to the standard in Chinese journal of internal medicine and national symposium of TCM, 60 patients with CRF were divided into treatment group and contrast group at random, treatment group is 30 case and contrast group is also 30 case, Patients of treatment group took the Yishenjingzhou decoction one dosis everyday and add modern medicine conventional therapy; Patients of contrast group simple took the modern medicine conventional therapy only. Two groups all took 2 month as 1 course of treatment ,Observe the change of renal function and symptoms. 30 healthy people were taken as the normal group,. Make dependablity analysis with homocysteine(Hcy) and all the rest indexis of three groups.Results:The serum Homocysteine level was significantly increased in patients with CRF compared with the normal group (P〈0.01). the serumHomocysteine level of patient is positively correlated to the level of serum creatinine.and negatively correlated to clearance of endogenous creatinine, The serum Homocysteine level of treatment group and contrast group have both significantly degrade after treatment (p〈0.01). But The therapeutic efficacy of treatment group is much better than that of contrast group. (P〈0.05),rhe symptom of two groups have both improve (P〈0.05), But The therapeutic efficacy of treatment group is much better than that of contrast group. Two groups have not obviously heart-blood vessel diseases.Conclusion: (1) The therapeutic effect of Yishenjingzhou decoction add modern medicine conventional therapeutic was much better than that of modern medicine conventional therapeutic. (2) The serum Homocysteine level in patients with CRF have manifest, increased (3) The therapeutic effect of Yishenjingzhou decoction add modern medicine conventional therapeutic can control high homocysteine better than constrast group, (4) Yishenjingzhou decoction can increase glomerular filtration rate and degrade serum Homocysteine level, possibly decrease heart-blood vessel complication of CRF patients and improve patients prognosis. (5) Through the function of supplement and boost the spleen and kidney, and discharge turbidity and dispel stasis, Yishenjiangzhuo Decoction can improve renal function and lighten clinical symptom and delay the development of CRF with spleen-kidney qi vacuity.
