| Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of "Weiweifang" in treating precancerouslesions of gastric cancer patients with deficiency of the spleerand damp-heat and stagnantblood,evaluate it objectively and try to discuss the possible mechanisms of the function.Materials and Methods:60 cases coming from the Xiamen Hospital of TCM wereselectedas the research subjects.They all were diagnosed as precancerous lesions of gastric cancerby gastroscope and histology. 60 cases were dividedinto two groups randomly, 30 caseswere served as observe group treated by "Weiweifang", the other 30 cases were served ascontrast group treated by "Weifuchun",The period of treatment of both two groups were24weeks. We observed the change of symptoms, gastroscope, histology and Hp infection ofboth two groups before and after the treatment, and analysed these date with statistic method.Results: The curative effect of gastroscope, histology and Hp infection of "Weiweifang"are better than or much better than that of "Weifuchun" (P＜0.05 P＜0.01).The curative effectof symptoms of two groups are the same(P＞0.05).Conclusions: 1."Weiweifang"can improve patients' clinical symptorns obviously.2."Weiweifang" can obviously reverse patients' change of gastroscope and histology.3. "Weiweifang" have obviously fuction to resist Hp infection.4. "Weiweifang" has no obvious side effects discovered in the treatment. |
