Experimental Research On The Different Order Of Interference Between Acupuncture And Exercise Therapy On The P₁ Incubation Period Of Somatosensory Evoked Potential For The Part Brain Lacks For Blood Model In Rats

Purpose To investigate the change of P, incubation period on the affected hemisphere brain somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) after a course of treatment for the part brain lacks for blood model in rats on the different order of interference:exercise after acupuncture or acupuncture after exercise.Methods Base on the in advance experiment and clinical observation, taking 30 male SD rats into three groups:model collation group, exercise after acupuncture group and acupuncture after exercise group. The acupuncture cures method:electricity needle at Hegu and Housanli;training method:cylinder training and screen training. Then recorded and compared the change of SEP P, incubation period on the affected side after a course of treatment.Results (1)There was significant difference of SEP P, incubation period on model collation group and exercise after acupuncture or acupuncture after exercise (P＜0.05). (2) There was not statistic difference existed in the two groups of different order of interference(P＞0.05),but the difference of SEP P₁ incubation period on acupuncture after exercise group is more notable than the other.Conclusion Acupuncture and exercise therapy could improved ability of the part brain lacks for blood model in rats" affected side, and there is difference on effect between the groups of the different order of interference in acupuncture and exercise perhaps. SEP P₁ incubation period of the both group shortened, and the level of acupuncture after exercise group shortened more significantly than exercise after acupuncture group. Inform us to pay attention to studys of different order of interference in different therapy.
