[Objective] To discuss the relationship between the ventricular function and the numbers ofpathological coronary arteries and the opening time in patients with acute myocardial infarction[Methods] Retrospective analysis 63 cases with AMI,according to results of the coronaryangiography the patients were divided into two groups: single severity of the coronary arterydisease group and multiple severity of the coronary artery disease group. According to the timethat the coronary arteries were opened, the patients were divided into two groups: over 12 hoursgroup (delayed group) and under 12 hours group(emergency group), the patients were dividedtwo group: E group with hypertension,F group without hypertension. the patients were divided twogroup: H group with diabetes, I group without diabetes. Then the ventricular function and theend-diastolic volume of patients was measured by color Doppler echocardiography.[Results] The ventricular function of the patients who were operated on using percutaneouscoronary intervention (PCI)is not related to the number of pathological. coronary arteries. It isrelated to the opening time of the criminal artery and with hypertension and diabetes.[Conclusion:] The ventricular function of the patients with AMI is related to the opening time ofthe criminal artery and with hypertension and diabetes.
