The Property System Research On Setting Up The Chinese Rural Multi-level Health Care

Rural health care system is an essential component of the whole social security system. Whether building up a rural health care system which fits the level of economic development doesn't only relate to the farms'health, but also has its key meaning to develop Chinese medical treatment health business, promote the rural economic and social sustainable, steady development, and carry out the harmony of the whole society.The rural cooperative medical treatment system has ever obtained the glorious history. However, with the shunt of the rural economic system, especially quick comedown of the rural collective economy, the imperfection of the rural health care has already become a rigorous reality, and thus the establishment of the rural health care system has already become a difficult problem that shouldn't be neglected. The dissertation mainly uses the basic theory of the property system to research on how to set up the Chinese rural health care system, and also try to put forward some suggestions about how to resolve the imperfection of the rural health care. The standpoint author holds is because of the different characteristic of the rural health care products, which leads to the diverse of the corpus and supplying ways, the rural health care should be a system model of diversification, multi-level and many forms. The basic frame of the dissertation is as follows:In first part, the dissertation describes the supply and demand present condition of the rural health care in detail. And deeply analyze the key problem that it exists. In second part, the dissertation uses basic theory of the property system to research the main factor of the imperfection of the rural health care.In third part, the dissertation introduces the property model of the foreign health care and the apocalypse to Chinese rural health care.In last part, according to the former analyzing, the dissertation puts forward the creative way to set up the Chinese rural health care on the base of the property principle, the property structure, the property bargain system and the kit mechanism.
