Object: To evaluate the method of using the diagnostic test to detect the Reticulated platelet(RP) and Platelet associated antibody(PAIgG) to diagnosis idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).[Methods] A total of 61 idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura patients and 61 no idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura patients were included. Among the no idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura patients, 20 patients are aplastic anemia(AA), 20 are acute leukemia(AL) and 20 are myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS). PAIgG and percentage of reticulated platelet(RP)were measured by FCM in 61 patients with ITP and 61 no idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura patients as a control group. Later using the diagnosis test to evaluate the results.[Results] Using the index of RPï¼…to diagnosis ITP, sensItivity(Sn) is 0.77, specificity(Sp)is 0.72, positive predictive value(+PV) is 0.73, negative predictive value(-PV) is 0.76, the rate of the accordance(RA)is 0.75, KaPPa value(K) is 0.50 positive likelihood ratio(+LR) is 2.75, negative likelihood(-LR) is 0.32. Using the index of PAIgG to diagnosis ITP, sensItivity(Sn) is 0.66, specificity(Sp)is 0.74, positive predictive value(+PV) is 0.71, negative predictive value(-PV) is 0.68, the rate of the accordance(Ac)is 0.70, KaPPa value(K) is 0.42. positive likelihood ratio(+LR) is 2.54, negative likelihood(-LR) is 0.46.The area under ROC curve of RPï¼…is lager than that of PAIgG. [Conclusion] It is usefhl to detect the RPï¼…and PAIgG to diagnosis the ITP, but it will be better to use the combined detection.
