Objects: To explore the association between the polymorphisms of the FcγRⅡA-131R/H,FcγRIIIA-158V/F,FcγRIIIB-NA1/NA2 and the adult chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Methods: The polymorphisms of FcγR were analyzed in adult chronic ITP patients (n=74) and adult healthy control subjects (n=111). The polymorphisms of FcγRⅡA-131R/H,FcγRIIIA-158V/F were used the polymerase chain reaction- allele specific primers ( PCR-ASP ) method,and the polymorphism of FcγRIIIA-NA1/NA2 was used the polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers(PCR-SSP)method. The genotype distribution and allele frequency among different groups were compared.Results: The genotype distribution of FcγRIIIA-158V/V and allele frequency of FcγRIIIA-158V in adult ITP were higher than the controls(P〈0.05). The genotype distribution and allele frequency of FcγRⅡA-131R/H and FcγRIIIB-NA1/NA2 among different groups were not significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusions: The FcγRIIIA-158V/V genotype and the FcγRIIIA-158V allele may associated with the susceptibility of adult chronic ITP in Chinese Han nationality.But FcγRⅡA-131R/H and FcγRIIIB-NA1/NA2 were not significantly associated with the susceptibility of adult chronic ITP in Chinese Han nationality.
