In this paper, firstly, we introduce the application of X-ray radiography system inindustrial NDT (Non Destructive Testing). Then, we systematically analyze the factors whichdegrade the image quality, after that, we use methods of image enhancement and imagerestoration to process the digital image, and the results are deeply analyzed. At last weintroduce the feature and basic principles of parallel algorithm to increase the speed of imageprocessing.In the image enhancement section, we first analyze the features of Gaussian white noiseand impulse noise .Then we introduce two different standards for practical image processingand simulating experiment respectively. After that, we use two classic filter to process theimage mixed with different noise and satisfied result. At last we use the SIMD (SingleInstruction Multiple Data) technology to reprogram the filter. Experiment result shows thatthe speed of image processing has been increased considerably.In the image restoration section, we first introduce several conceptions of imagerestoration including the morbidity of image restoration, normalization processing andmodulation transfer function (MTF). Then we analyze the factors of image degradation andmodel of degradation. In our experiment we adapt the Gauss degradation function combinedwith Wiener filter, Least-Square filter and adaptive recovery filter to the image with flaws.Results show that it is an effective method for image processing, which builds a goodfoundation for future research.In the design of X-ray detected system, the design patterns in software architecture designis introduced, the components which compose the X-ray image collection system software areanalyzed, an appropriate model is chosed to package the system algorithm and developmentlibrary. Enhance the encapsulation of the algorithm, and increase the expansibility of thesystem.
