| Object:To investigate the relationship between insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, obesity and non-alcoholic fatty liver in patients with T2DM,and the risk factors of non-alcoholic fatty liver;meanwhile,to investigate whether the Uygur nation patients with T2DM had the same dysmetabolism as the Han nation. Methods:According to whether the patients had non-alcoholic fatty liver,159 patients with T2DM consistent with the standard were divided into fatty liver group and non-fatty liver group to progress retrospective analysis.Their body height, weight, waistline, blood pressure, serum creatinine, blood uric acid, blood fat, serum transaminase, serum fibrinogen, serum glucose and insulin of OGTT-test were recorded;body mass index and insulin resistance index were calculated. At the same time, the Uygur nation and the Han nation were compared in each group.Statistics software SPSS14.0 was used for data processing. All the measurement data was expressed as(mean±standard deviation)and was analyzed by t-test;the numeration data was analyzed by Chi-square test. The risk factor about non-alcoholic fatty liver was analyzed by Logistic regression. Results:The levels of body mass index, waistline and insulin resistance index increased significantly in fatty liver group compared with non-fatty liver group(P<0.01);the levels of blood uric acid, serum triglyceride, serum total cholesterol, fasting plasma glucose and fasting serum insulin increased in fatty liver group compared with non-fatty liver group(P<0.05);the levels of blood pressure, serum creatinine, serum high density lipoprotein, serum low density lipoprotein, serum transaminase, serum fibrinogen,OGTT-2h plasma glucose and serum insulin had no statistical significance between two groups(P>0.05).In fatty liver group, the level of waistline of the Uygur nation significantly increased compared with the Han nation(P<0.01);but the level of blood uric acid of the Uygur nation decreased compared with the Han nation(P<0.05);the other items had no statistical significance in this group(P>0.05).In non-fatty liver group, the level of waistline of the Uygur nation significantly increased compared with the Han nation(P<0.01);the levels of fasting plasma glucose and insulin resistance index of the Uygur nation increased compared with the Han nation(P<0.05);the other items had no statistical significance in this group(P>0.05). Analysis of Logistic regression showed that waistline and serum triglyceride were the risk factors of non-alcoholic fatty liver(P<0.01,OR=1.055,2.358).Conclusions: Non-alcoholic fatty liver in patients with T2DM had remarkable overweight, central obesity, dyslipidemia and insulin resistance;waistline and serum triglyceride were risk factors of non-alcoholic fatty liver. The Uygur nation patients had more obvious central obesity and insulin resistance than the Han nation patients. |
