The Research Of Effect On PAIg And The Autospecific Antibody Of Membrane Glycoprotein In ITP Caces By Dijinmiangen Formula

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Dijinmiangen formula in treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP), and the contribution of the formula to platelet associated immunoglobulin (PAIgA,PAIgG,PAIgM) and the autospecific antibody of Membrane glycoprotein (GPIIb/IIIa,GPâ… b/â…¨), with the aim to provide basis for the mechanism of Chinese herb and clinical treatment. Methods: 60 patients with chronic ITP were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group(30 cases) was treated with Dijinmiangen formula and the control group(30 cases) was treated with Weixuening dissolved medicines for 3 months of therapy respectively. The clinical effect were observed during the course; the levels of PAIg(PAIgA,PAIgG,PAIgM ) and the autospecific antibody of Membrane glycoprotein (GPIIb/IIIa,GPâ… b/â…¨) were tested before and after the treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group reaches 83.33%, while that of the control group reaches 63.33%, which shows significantly difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The blood platelets count in both groups increases with significantly difference after treatment(P<0.01); the increasing effect of treatment group exceeds that of control group(P<0.05). Both groups can decrease the level of PAIgA and PAIgG effectively(P<0.01); the decreasing effect of treatment group exceeds that of control group(P<0.05). The level of PAIgM decreases in both groups without significantly difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The positive rate of the autospecific antibody of Membrane glycoprotein reduced after therapy in both groups; the rate in treatment group has significantly difference after treatment (P<0.05) compared with the rate before therapy, which is not manifested in control group(P>0.05). Conclusion: Dijinmiangen formula has affirmatory curative effect in the treatment of CITP, with the ability of decreasing the level of PAIg and the autospecific antibody of Membrane glycoprotein effectively. The concrete mechanism of action needs further reseach.
