Pathogenesis Anylasis Of Logagnosia Due To Apoplexy And Clinical Research Of Integrated Therapy Treating 59 Patients With Aphasia Due To Apoplexy

Objective: To define the connotation of Logagnosia due to Apoplexy, to analyze it's pathogenesis, and to observe the integrated therapy to Logagnosia due to Apoplexy.Method: The theory part defines the connotation of Logagnosia due to Apoplexy based on TCM theory and modern medicine researches, and analyses pathogenesis, Clinically, we chose 59 patients with Aphasia due to Apoplexy, divided them randomly into 2 groups, 29 patients in control group are given routine therapy including medicine, acupuncture and rehabitation etc, while 30 in treatment group given Basic Decoction of Logagnosia due to Apoplexy besides the routine therapy. After 3 months'course of treatment, these factors are especially been observed, including the patient's linguistic function, aphasia quotient (AQ), daily communicating ability, accompanied limbs disturbance and curative effect.Result: The improvement of patient's linguistic function, aphasia quotient(AQ), daily communicating ability, accompanied limbs disturbance and curative effect of treatment group are better than the control group. The curative effect of treatment group is superior to that of the control group either in aphasia or in apoplexy.Conclusion: The integrated therapy of the Basic Decoction of Logagnosia due to Apoplexy plus routine therapy including medicine, acupuncture and rehabitation etc has a good curative effect in Aphasia due to Apoplexy.
