| Objective To observe the relationship between Nickel ion release and expression of T Lymphoid cell after the NiTi alloy occluder implants to the patients suffer from CHD by measuring the Nickel serum concentrations and CD3~+T,CD4~+T,CD8~+T, exploring the Nickel ion release whether affect on the human immune function or not. Evaluating the safety of implantation of NiTi alloy occluder. Presenting an experimental base try to arouse the pursuer to concern about the NiTi alloy surface decoration. Enhancing NiTi alloy's endurant causticity and wearable character thereby reduce the Nickel release.Method A prospective concurrent uncontrolled studies was performded in this reserch. 50 patients were chosen from 110 patients that were suffered from operation of CHD, blood samples were drawn before and, 1, 3, months after occluder implantation. Nickel serum concentrations were measured by atomic absorption spectrometry and CD3~+T,CD4~+T,CD4~+/CD8~+ were measured by Flow cytometry within 24hours. carrying on statistical analysis.Result 1 months after occluder implantation, A rise in mean serum levels of nickel was observed, compared with before occluder implantation, (P<0.01), in which 28.6% exceeded quantity of BAT; 3 months after occluder implantation, A decline in mean serum levels of nickel were observed, compared with 1 months after occluder implantation(P<0.05), in which 14.3% exceeded quantity of BAT. The serum levels of nickel in patients which were implanted the occluder that surpass 20mm exceeded quantity of BAT. the significantly decrease of CD3~+T% CD4~+T CD4~+/CD8~+ were observed at 1 months after occluder implantation compared with before occluder implantation (p<0.01), the increase of CD3~+T,CD4~+T,CD4~+/CD8~+ were observed at 3 months after occluder implantation compared with 1 month after occluder implantation (P<0.01).occlusion The phenomenon of Nickel ion release that taken on the apperance of incline-decline in patients after the NiTi alloy occluder implantation, the bigger diameter of occluders were used, the more serum levels of nickel were released, the change of T Lymphoid cells which decline of CD3~+ T,CD4~+ T were observed after implanting Nickel occlusion., the certanely incline of CD3~+ T,CD4~+ T were observed at 3 month after occluder implantation association with deline of release of Nickel ion. therefore, the occlusion of Nickel ion release temporarily affect human human immune function were acchived. |
