According to the study requirer of the cells, which grew in porous silk fibroin films, namely the fibroin radical medicine biomaterial, this paper established the theoretical model of cells oxygen consumption in the theoretical analysis process of constructing capillaries vessel growth model in the porous silk fibroin films. The former cells oxygen consumption models usually were the experienced formulas from the results of experiments, so they were shortage of the clear biology and physics significations. This was disadvantageous to the establishment of the capillaries vessel growth model. So this paper discussed the systemic configuration mechanism of the dynamic process of oxygen consumption of the cells. About the oxygen consumption process of the cells, based on the complexⅣs of the electron transfer chains in the mitochondria, this paper described the dynamic process of the molecular colony, hereby constructed the systemic oxygen consumption dynamic process pattern, and established oxygen consumption mathematical model to replace enzyme dynamics Michaelis-Menten equation used in the common oxygen consumption of the metabolism theories. And this paper analyzed the influences of parameters on oxygen consumption in the model. In this paper, we hope that the study will provide basic opinions to comprehend the dynamic process of oxygen consumption in the tissues, which changed with oxygen concentration in the hypoxia state accurately.In this paper, the complexⅣs in the mitochondria were regarded as the unit of oxygen consumption in the cells. This broke the limitation of the electron transfer or the supercomplexes. Hereby, we constructed the cell oxygen consumption mathematical model, established oxygen consumption formula g (u)= g0 (1-e-u/μ), here g0=αλμwas the theoretical maxima of the cell oxygen consumption rate. In oxygen consumption formula, three parameters ofα,λ,μreflected the oxygen consumption state of the cells. With the increase of oxygen concentration, oxygen consumption of the cells reached to the stable state, and the stable state influenced by the cell energy charge.Based on the cells oxygen consumption process theoretical model that was based on the complexⅣs of the electron transfer chains, this study discussed the state of the exceed oxygen concentration in cells further and the applicability of the theoretical model for the special supplied oxygen. Oxygen intoxication was induced by the inspiratory oxygen which was high concentration. At the moment, most oxygen in the cells became the oxygen free radical, but the process that oxygen became water by the complexⅣs of the mitochondria did not change, and in this paper oxygen consumption formula reflected oxygen consumption by the complexⅣs, So the hypostasis process of cells oxygen consumption didn't change, its theoretical model was also applicable. The only change was the oxidation reactive conditions including correlative enzymes, protein structure, matrix and so on. According to the exasperate biology oxidation reactive conditions induced by the aggrandizement of oxygen radical with change of oxygen concentration, adjusting properly cells oxygen consumption theoretical model in normal state and its parameters, the method of the cells oxygen consumption theoretical model was also applicable. Hereby, we established the oxygen consumption model in the state of oxygen intoxication. The results gave a uniform theoretical description of cells oxygen consumption configuration from anoxic to overfull oxygen. The theoretical model is extensively applicable more than the enzyme kinetic Michaelis-Menten formula or other approximate formulas used in the oxygen consumption theory, and the parameters of the model had clear biophysical significances. The study results supplied a model to the theoretical analysis of the growth of cells and capillaries in the biomaterial; moreover, the model replaced the experienced model and had clear biophysics meanings.The experiments on cells oxygen consumption model were our very important work in the future.
