An Experimental Study On Improvement Of Mice Endometrium Receptivity

Objective : (1).Try to estimate the chang of the rate of oocyst-obtained after using ovarian hyperstimulation medicine and (or) downregulation medicine and(or) the kidney-strengthing herbs;(2).Try to estimate the influence of the kidney-strengthing herbs on mice endometrium receptivity to provide new methods for ART to increase endometrium receptivity;(3)Embryo itself can improve endometrium receptivity.METHODS:200 healthy female Kunbai-mice and 40 male mice were used for the experiment.Intragastral administrated the kidney-strengthing herbs to femal mice,observed the change of the estrous cycles and recorded the number of the oocytes after superovulation of these four groups.Took the ovaries and endometriums of these mice and undertook HE dying to find out the development of ovaries and endometriums of these mice. Immuno-histochemis–try was used for the same endometrium to know the difference among these groups and at the same time to find out whether the integrin was difference in expression between pregnant mice and which did not.RESULTS:1.After taken the kidney-strengthing herbs for four weeks,the estrous cycles in mice were shorten and inerratic,the average time was 4 to 5 days, the average number of oocyte-obtained was from 20 to 35 for one mice, while the control group's cycle was 6 to 10 days, oocyte-obtained number was from 20 to 30 for one mice. 2. After taken the kidney-strengthing herbs for four weeks,the hitology of ovary and endometrium changed much;3The interign expressed more in the group which took the kidney-strengthing herbs 4. embryo itself can improve endometrium receptivity.CONCLUSION:1. The kidney-strengthing herbs can meliorate the KinBai mouse superovulation on increasing the rate of oocyst-obtained.2. the endometrium receptivity reformed and embryo implantation rates increased;3 embryo can accelerate the expression of integrin on embryo implantation sites.
