Objectives:Investigate the relationship between homocysteine and type 2 diabetes mellitus, analysis the reason leading to hyperhomocysteinemia, overview the protection effects of folic acid, VitB6, VitB12 to the diabetes mellitus with hyperhomocysteinemia.Methods:1.The relationships between homocysteine and diabetes mellitus Select diabetes mellitus as experimental group, and non-diabetic people whose age,sex, BMI are resemblance with the experimental group ,as control group. Detect general clinic index and homocysteine,probe the homocysteine level of the diabetes mellitus and the influence of homocysteine.Divide the DM into two groups by whether accompanying with complication ,analysis folate/vitB12/clinic data in the two groups, view the contents of folate/vitb12/Hcy in the groups.The correlation of Hcy with clinic data and the risk factors of diabetes mellitus with hyperhomocysteinemia Peason analysis is used in analyzing Hcy and folic acid,VitB12,evaluate the correlativity.As to the diabetes mellitus patients with hyperhomocysteinemia, approach the risk factors of diabetes mellitus with hyperhomocysteinemia, Logistic逐步regression analysis is used in analyzing sex/age/BMI /general clinic data and homocysteine, screen the risk factors which cause hyperhomocysteinemia in DM.2. The influence of folate, vitb6,vitb12 to the Hcy in DMThere are 5 groups,as experiment group.Different intervention means are used, detecting Hcy,folate,vitb12 prior/post treatment in experiment group,comparing the contents of Hcy,folate,vitb12,detecting folate and VitB12 in post treament, evaluating the effect of vitamin to the Hcy in DM.Results:1. Comparing DM with non-complication group, complication group and contrast group, some difference in SBP/DBP/FBG/TC/HDL/LDL,Hcy in DM is higher than the contrast group.2.In order to detect the risk factor of hyperhomocysteinemia,Pearsan correlation analysis is used in Hcy/age/duration/BMI/FPG/SBP/DBP/TG/TC/Apo-a/Apo-b/folate/ VitB12. it shows folate and VitB12 is inverse correlation with Hcy,but have no significant.3.In order to analyz the risk factors of hyperhomocysteinemia in DM,Logistic逐步regression analysis is used,it shows that HDL and LDL is related with hyperhomocysteinemia and HDL is preserv factor.4.There is defferent influence with differet intervention means,folate treatment group,vitb12 treatment group and folate and vitb12 treatment group can depress the content Hcy in DM patients,but the influence is not significant difference.There is no influence in VitB6 treatment group.There is an interaction with folic acid and Vitb12.Conclusion:1.Comparing with the contrast group, content of Hcy in DM is higher. In DM, comparing with whether accompanying with vessel complication, the level of Hcy is higher in DM with complication and is significant;the level of folic acid and VitB12 is lower but nof significant.2.In correlation analysis with the level of Hcy in DM,it is found ther folic acid and VitB12 are inverse correlation to the Hcy but have no significant.3.As analysis of the risk factor in DM with heperhomocysteinemia, it is found that HDL and LDL are related to the hyperhomocysteinemia and HDL as a preserv factor.4.Folate treatment group,vitb12 treatment group and folate and vitb12 treatment group can depress the content Hcy in DM patients,but the influence is not significant difference.There is no effect in vitb6 treatment.There is an interaction with folic acid and Vitb12.
