Objective:To observe the changes of their peripheral blood lymphocyte subgroups and the effects of clinical manifestations of patient with Major aphthae and Herpetiform ulcers treated with a-mannatide.Materials and Methods:Thirty patients with Major aphthae and Herpetiform ulcers were collected from the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Guangxi Medical University.Their peripheral blood lymphocyte subgroups,before and after treatment,were measured and contrasted to analyze the relationship with curative effect.Matched-pairs t-test was applied to analyze the two groups data via the statistical software of SPSS 11.5 FOR WINDOWS.Results:The ratios of CD3,CD4,and CD4/CD8,after the treatment,increased obviously,while CD8 lowered obviously in treatment group(P<0.05).The total clinical efficacy rate was 90%.In which 43.3%were showed an excellent effect,46.7%displayed a certain effect while 10%had no effect.Conclusions:The a-mannatide through regulating the immunity function get the 90%total clinical efficacy rate.
