Objective:Starting the research from TCM syndrome diagnostic standard, indicator diagnostic models is established by comparing and analyzing syndrome differentiation in deficiency of spleen-QI of paediatric Allergic Rhinitis and explore the means of quantitative and objective differentiation of TCM clinic to improve the TCM normative research.Method:The cooperative method of clinical epidemiological research and statistical analysis is used . Under the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, and by means of epidemiological research, clinical statistics and observation of collating to investigate 108 cases of paediatric Allergic Rhinitis. we mainly compare and analyze the distribution law of the single syndrome differentiation in deficiency of spleen-QI of paediatric Allergic Rhinitis.By frequency analysis to analyze the data, then we chosing 23 variable data of syndrome, starting Logistic regression analysis and initially established models of normative Traditional Chinese medicine functional indicator diagnostic studies.Result:Light tongue, pachylosis without light, fissured tongue, slake and weak ulnar skin, radix nasi bluish tendon, nasal mucous membrane pale and yellow rarefaction hairs ect, these syndromes above have great speciality on deficiency of spleen-QI of paediatric Allergic Rhinitis. So it is considered as the main differentiation syndrome. Conclusion: By comparing with the present national DC of deficiency of spleen-QI syndrome; new or non-reconstruction functional indicator is exhumed. So the establishment of indicator syndrome diagnostic model on paediatric Allergic Rhinitis provide new methods and means for clinical diagnosis.
