Objective:To observe the surgical results and affecting factors of single-door laminoplasty for cervical spondilotic myelopathy(CSM).Method: The outcomes of 52 patients with cervical spondilotic myelopathy and received single-door laminoplasty were studied. According to JOA and 40 points score method, Scores of pre-,post- operations and follow-up were writed down to analyse the surgical results.Patients were divided into two groups to analysis the factors that affected surgical results.Meanwhile,comparing the difference of surgical results between patients that there were T2-weighted in their Magnetic Resonance Images and the others.Result: JOA scores and 40 points score method scores of pre-,post- operations and follow-up were analysis and showed that the surgical results of single-door laminoplasty for cervical spondilotic myelopathy were opositive.Patients in the good group showed yonger patient ages, greater pre-operative JOA scores, shorter duration symptoms, larger Pavlov ratioes ,and less compressed degree of myelos.Conclusion: The post-operation and long-term results of surgical treatment on CSM with Single-door laminoplasty are definite .The patient ages ,duration of symptom , pre-operative JOA score ,Pavlov ratio and ompressed degree of myelos can influence the treatment results.
