Evaluation Of Curative Effect And Research Of Primary Mechanism Of Action On Heat-clearing And Purging Pathogenic Fire (HPPF) Treating Essential Hypertention Of Youth And Middle Age

Objective:To observe the curative effect and security and primary mechanism of HPPF treating heart and liver fire syndrome of EH of youth and middle age.Methods: In clinical research,sixty five patients of EH of youth and middle age were divided into tentative group(32cases)and control group(33cases)at random.The tentative group was treated by Qing Re Antihypertention Granule(QRAG),while the control group was treated only by Niu Huang Antihypertention Pill(NHAP).Four weeks was a course of treatment.The changes of blood pressure and clinical syndroma were observed before and after treatment.In animal experiment,eighteen SHR were divided into 3 groups at random:QRAG group,NHAP group and model group.Six Wistar were blank group.After 8 weeks'treatment,the changement of blood pressure, liquor sanguinis Angâ…¡,ALD and histopathology of the heart were observed.Results:Compared with NHAP,QRAG has obvious effect on lowing the biood pressure, cutting down the heart rate,improving the general symptom and blood-supply to cardiac muscle,adjusting blood-fat,BG and blood viscidity,decreasing the Angâ…¡,ALD.Conclusion:The QRAG is a group of effective drugs treating EH of youth and middle age.Its mechanism of action may have the relation of inhibiting RAS'activity.
