| Objective: To research the rule of the diurnal intraocular pressure (IOP) variation between patients and healthy controls, so as to determine the mechanism of diurnal intraocular pressure (IOP) variation with the theory of Zang and Fu .Method: 38patients were enrolled in the investigation IOP at 6am, 8am ,11am, 14pm , 17pm ,20pm and 22pm of each participant were measured by Schi?tz aplantation tonometer.Data analysis was performed with SPSS13.0 .Results: The tendency of normal diurnal IOP variation and abnormal diurnal IOP variation is different(P<0.05).The maximal IOP are significantly improved as compared with other times(P<0.01).Conclusion: The tendency of normal diurnal IOP variation and abnormal diurnal IOP variation is different. The time of the maximal IOP is similar to before, but the number is different. |
