Motivation:As the completion of the multiple genome sequencing projects, the research interest of scientists is now moving to functional understanding on genes and the regulation interactions network . The DNA Microarray technology provides tools for our study on large-scale genome. The high-throughput DNA microarray technology can measure gene expression levels on a whole genome scale at the same time . The DNA microarray technology has been applied to various areas of life sciece, which facilitated the development of life sciece and accelerated our steps to understand the life in essence . It is well known that the expression of one gene is affected by other genes and the regulation interactions form the sophisticated gene regulatory networks . Therefore, to understand the life, we must explore the gene regulatory networks . In our research, we aim to establish the gene regulatory networks of cerebellum model during brain development based on dynamic biosystem . In our research , we aim to establish the gene regulatory networks of cerebellum model during brain development based on dynamic biosystem .Method:Based on GO database, we selected 40 genes which expressed at all seven time points and were related with the development of cerebellum. According to the dynamic biosystem model, the Lotka-Volterra equations has been applied to establish the gene regulatory networks.Results:Based on the soultions of Lotka-Volterra equations, the regulatory matrix and the intrinsic increasing ratios of gene expression were obtained. And the regulation networks were visualized by Matlab.Conclusions:The results above indicate the dynamic biosystem model can rationally describe the regulation relationships between genes. And the results can give strong proofs for futhur biological experiments to prove the real regulatory networks.
