OBJECTIVES1) Establish the fingerprint spectrograms of Artemisia apiacea Hance from different habitats.2) Establish a clustering analysis method and a principal component analysis method for Artemisia apiacea Hance from different habitats.METHODS1) FTIR fingerprint spectrograms of Artemisia apiacea Hance from different habitats: measure FTIR fingerprint spectrograms of Artemisia apiacea Hance from different habitats; recognize and compare the characteristic peaks in the FTIR fingerprint spectrograms.2) Clustering Analysis and Principal Component Analysis for Artemisia apiacea Hance from different habitats with FTIR fingerprint spectrograms: study FTIR fingerprint spectrograms of Artemisia apiacea Hance from different habitats with a clustering analysis method and a principal component analysis method.RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS1) FTIR fingerprint spectrograms of Artemisia apiacea Hance from different habitats: quantities, frequencies and intensities, figures of infrared absorption spectra of Artemisia apiacea Hance from different habitats were obviously different from each other.2) Clustering Analysis and Principal Component Analysis for Artemisia apiacea Hance from different habitats with FTIR fingerprint spectrograms: the dendrogram of clustering analysis and 2D plot of principal component analysis can classify and discriminate Artemisia apiacea Hance from different habitats.
