21st Century is a change age of knowledge economy. The influence of economic globalization and information network places the organization in drastic competition environment. Under the environment of complications and indetermination, the interest to human's factor research has achieved the astonishing degree, Each kind of theory appears on after another, more and more scholars proposed the core of modern management is to human's management. As one of modern management model, flexible management has become inevitable choice that the organization replies the variety and complied with the major tendency of management theory and the practice development similarly. The human resource is the flexiblest in all the organization strategic resource. It is a necessity to execute the flexible management.In view of integration and continuous improvement, this thesis combined human resource management and organization flexibility, researches on the flexible management of human resource. This thesis uses the method of combining theory and practice. Staring with the characteristics of human resource management in hospital, it analyses the current situation of human resource management in hospital. Using the experience of human resource management in knowledge-intensive enterprises as a reference, it introduces the mode of flexible management to the hospital and re-defines the hospital human resource. Analyzes the present situation and problem in human resource management in hospital, advances some suggestions on enhancing and perfecting human resource management. I hope do a preliminary research to hospital flexible management of human resource.
