| Effect of Repeated +Gz Exposures on the Collagen Distributing of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc in Wistar RatObjectiveTo explore the cumulative effect of exposure to +Gz on the collagen of lumbar intervertebral disc in Wistar rat.MethodFourty-two Wistar rats were randomly divided into seven groups: control group, +6Gz groups(three groups), +10Gz groups(three groups). The Wistar rats in groups except control group were exposed to +6Gz or +10Gz/45s (2 times per day) for 10d, 20days, 30days respectively, +Gz increase rate: 0.5G/S, +6Gz groups(two groups) and +10Gz groups(two groups) were exposed at 10d, 20d repeats。Pathological changes of the collagen of lumbar intervertebral disc were observed under light microscope after staining with hematoxylin and eosin.Result1,As compared with control, there were no changes of the collagen of lumbar intervertebral disc in Wistar rat suffered to 1d, 10d of +6Gz exposures and+10Gz exposures.2,Fissure and irregular arrangement were found in fibrous ring of lumbar intervertebral disc by histological examination in Wistar rat of 30d of +6Gz exposures, +10Gz exposures , and 10d of +6Gz repeated exposures, +10Gz repeated exposures . Shrinking of nucleus pulposus , hyperostosis and proliferation of cartilage cells occurred in Wistar rat suffered to 30d of +6Gz repeated exposures , 20d of +6Gz three times repeated exposures, and +10Gz repeated exposures, 10d of+10Gz three times repeated exposures , at the same time.3,+10Gz one time exposures group is as same as that of +6Gz exposures group' s injuried, but the other groups (+10Gz exposures) had the more turbulence and the more injuried formats than that of the +6Gz exposures at the same time.Conclusion+6Gz exposures for30d may induce some turbulence on the collagen of lumbar intervertebral disc, the more repeated +6Gz exposures times, and the more injuried formats. +10Gz exposures can accelerate the process that some turbulence and the more injuried formats on the collagen of lumbar intervertebral disc, and the more severity. |
