Developmental dysplasia of hip (DDH) is a commonly development disease .presenting the abnormalities of acetabulum and femoral,and their in congruous relationship,and including soft tissue,skeletal and cartilaginous pathologies ,inevitably,the hip becomes damaged.Eventually the pathological changes and hip is dislocation.In early,if the DDH can be diagnosed and be treated,the pathological changes can be reversed,even be healed. the clinic display of DDH is unobvious,especially in the newborn,so it can be lost-diagnosis and delayed the treatment easyly.ultrasonic can reflect the shape of hip objectively,and make the diagnosis of the early change of DDH.Since1980s, for the first time, Graf made report that the hip of newborns and little babys were examined with ultrasonic in diagnosis of the DDH.many patients be treatmented timely in early.Though many people had done a lot of work about the diagnosis of DDH with ultrasonic in our country.but they don't explain how to measure and classify of the Graf's method in full.No correct prehension no exactly result.Research the Graf technique of hip sonography,we can use the technique commendably and extend it in our country. With objective diagnosis,many DDH can be treated timely in early, then the incidence and the complication of DDH could be decreased effectly and therapeutic efficacy of DDH could be increased.Objective: Through observed and measure the sonograms of hip,master the method of classification and typing of the Graf technique of hip sonography.Through researched angles ofγandδin sonogram of hip and compared with in histology of hip ,to find out a new parameter.the more parameters used to make the diagnosis the more reliable it becomes.Methods: 1.Compared with the sonogram and the histology of fetus's hip,to evaluate the value in diagnosis of hip with ultrasonic.2 Through the examination in 74 infants with the Graf technique of hip sonography ,identify the classification and typing of the Graf technique of hip sonography .3 put forward the definition ofγandδangles, Through researched angles ofγandδin sonogram of hip and compared with in histology of hip,to evaluate the value in diagnosis.Result: 1.from the contrast betweem sonogram and the shape of 6 fetus's hips, it demonstrate that the ultrasonic can be used in examination of hip,and the result is reliable and distortionless;2.from the analyze of the ultrasonic examination, we have prehensioned the classification and typing of the Graf technique of hip sonography; 3.from the analyze of ultrasonic picture of hip, put forward the definition ofγandδangles, and Seven-four babys were examinated with the Graf technique of hip sonography,and preliminary analyzed the resoult.Conclusion: We compared with the sonogram and the histology of hip with the Graf technique of hip sonography at home; We observed fetus's hips with M-CT;we have put forward the definition ofγandδangles,and measured in hip bone and cartilage with the angles,and contrasted the sonogram and the histology of hip with them. preliminary we think the angles ofγandδangles can be measured,and be used in diagnosis of DDH,they are useful supply for Graf technique of hip sonography,and have a important clinical application value.
