Study On The Design And Qualifications Of Professional Posts In Health Institutions Of Jiangxi Province

The administration of post design is a basic part of human resource management in health institutions. Scientific and reasonable post design is essential for promoting and standardizing the system of employee hiring and selection in health institutions, developing the whole health industry, and reforming the distribution system of health institutions. At present, the policies relevant to post design, such as the policy of total number and structural proportion, are mostly the ones established in late 1970s and early and mid-1980s. But with the reform and development of health institutions in our country, their function, size and services have changed dramatically, and the prevailing post qualifications cannot keep up with the current situation.This thesis mainly focuses on analyzing the design of professional posts, which account for over 80% of the health institutional posts in Jiangxi Province. First, it introduces the theories of post analysis and competency study, and summarizes both the national and provincial policies relating to post design. Then, it explores the existing problems and corresponding causes in the professional post design of provincial health institutions by studying the current conditions. Finally, based on the above analysis, the paper gives a control proportion for professional post design of provincial health institutions, establishes qualifications for posts of 13 professional ranks, designs a specific implementation process for post design, and offers some Countermeasures by forecasting and analyzing potential problems.
