Transformation Of D-dimer After Devascularization Operation, That Forming Of Portal Vein Thrombus. The Meaning Of Nonage Prognosticate In Clinic

Objective:Probe into D- dimer transformation. Form Batson venous system thrombus.After devascularization operation.Methods:The investigation of D- dimer transformation For 37 cases about devascularization operation in JiLin university China & Japen sodality hospatal basic chirurgery between Jan,2006 and Dec, 2007.1, Grouping: There are 18 cases formed Batson venous system thrombus after operation,in that 37 cases between Jan, 2006 and Dec, 2007.There are 19 cases did not formed Batson venous system thrombus.2,observation:The Doctor from eletricity diagnose department check abdomen ultrasound before the operation, fox on the portal vein blood stream.the doctor have to check abdomen ultrasound for portal vein thrombus after the operation by day 1, 3, 7, 14 and 21. If appear abdominal distention and bellyache, the Doppler ultrasound needed, provide CT checking when necessary situation. Checking D- dimer One time before operation, and by day 3, 7, 14 and 21,after opration.3, observation: Observe age, sex, liver function, Rt, BT,CT, D- dimen and abdomen ultrasound.Use anticoagulant by day 3 after peration, check D- dimer and abdomen ultrasound periodically.Results:In those 37 cases about devascularization operation 18 cases formed Batson venous system thrombus(48.65%)19 cases did not formed Batson venous system thrombus(51.35).The thrombus apear with in 30 days after operation. The earlist apear by day 3. So the D- dimer can dope out portal vein thrombus earlier than blood platelet.Conclusion:1,Through observed D-dimer amount can prognosticate thrombus forming.2,Through observed D-dimer can basicly prognosticate the time of thrombus forming. D- dimer hoist can diagnosed by assistant ultrasound,CT,magnetic resonance,and it is much cheaper.3,D- dimer is more efficacious reflected portal vein thrombusforming than blood platelet.
