It has many functions, such as mediating T-lymphocyte costimulatory signal, promoting T-lymphocyte multiplication, which makesâ… -type cytokine induce andâ…¡-type cytokine augment.With the a lot of research for CD200 in recent years, we find that CD200 plays an impotant role in autoallergic disease, allogeneil graft, tumor and spontaneous abortion. But it only has positive curative effect in animal models, and hasn't corresponding research in human body. However, the expression of CD200 and anti-CD200 is similar in human body with the rodents, which interaction maybe inhibit the immunological activity of human medullary system's cell and posses potential clinical application perspective for human immunologic disease.The molecule of CD200 has been a hot in the research domain of transplantation immunity. Along with the penetrate deeply research of CD200 and anti-CD200 ,we have a more deeply understanding for their biological and functions ,but not clearly with the relationship between their elmentary structure and funtion.As we have known that different proteins carry out different functions and the implementation of function mainly decided by their three dimensional structure,movement and interaction.Only to know protein aceous spatial structure we can know its function.The analysis to protein structute can illuminate protein functional molecule machanism and foundation fundamently,simultaneously it is an important way to study protein's function.But along with the gains of numbers of organism complete genome sequential, we find that only from the point of view from genome sequential, we are impossible to illustrate organism's function completely and systematically. As the major componentment and major executant of vital movement, protein is to become a new hot spot of research, and protein structure is an imporant component in the field of protein research.Only overall understand related protein as well as it's compounds, refined three dimensional structure of assembly, motion, and interaction network and the vital movement of the functional relationship displayed on the inferior cell/cell level, can we understand the problem of all life science such as the mechanism of cell's multipliction, differentiation and apoptosis, the transmission of information and the mechanism of action, the machanism of disease's delopment and so on on the molecule and atom level.As a kind of an important protein, membrane protein plays a key role in many important biological elementary process. Now in the research of drugs we find that about 70% target of drug action is membrane protein, so the study of structure and function of protein is the basic issue in the protein field of research. The deeply prehension of the membrane protein's important biological function still depends on the analysis of HR(high resolution)three dimensional structure of membrane protein.Up to January 2007, only 242 structures of 1/3 of total membrane protein were included by PDB, which accounted 0.6% of all of the logged data, the independent structure of the total only is 122. By the research of structure,to know the molecule mechanism of disease origination,rationality drug design on the important problem which have close interrelated with the development of society economic, have important significance and extensive application perspective.Objective: Protein's structure prediction provides foundation for the further research to the structure and function as well as molecular designing.The solve of this problem not only has theory significance but also has important instruction significance to the clinical development and utilization of CD200.Method: With the help of datebase and computer, we construct protein 3D conformation of CD200 by refering and analyzing of CD200 and the data of protein's three dimentional structure,and homology construction .Result: we have sieveed template protein and template protein B9H, and it's amino acid sequence, which have 384 amino acid residue;we have got contrast result by contrast the sequence of CD200 with template protein B9H; and protest to construct three dimentional structure of protein.Conclusion: we have obtained the three dimentional picture of CD200 molecule and a symmetrical molecular structure through the theory research of stucture prediction of protein's three dimentional structures. It offers a powerful based on the function and effective of CD200 molecule rationaly from the theoretical foundation. |
