| ObjectiveAt present, cerebraovascular disease (CBVD) can be managed as the top of the life-threatening emergencies for it has higher incidence,disability and morbility. Although we can diagnose CBVD easily ,only thrombolysis is looked as the effective therapy which might get over neuro function effectivly .Thrombolysis therapy can recover cerebral blood stream earlier,ameliorate the blood supply of ischemic penumbra,decrease infarct area and save the brain tissue without necrosis and function.But for the reasons of the economy and the time,the use of Thrombolysis therapy is limited.At the same time injuries are inevitable with revascularization,that is pathopoiesia mechanisms and brain blooding.So,it is a heat problem to finding new ways that can improve cerebral blood stream effectly and can decrease pathopoiesia mechanisms. An increasing number of people are realizing that it will greatly decrease disability and mortality after CBVD and improve the life state by using physical therapy .The ultrasound wave therapy is an important and effective method that is stydied by the scientists in the recently years. The ultrasound wave therapy can produce a lot of ecological results to the body.Such as ,it can stimulate the growth of the nevous cell.When it is affected to the body , The ultrasound wave therapy can produce mechanize ,heat and chemical effects.So,it can recover cerebral blood stream earlier,ameliorate the blood supply of ischemic penumbra,decrease infarct area and save the brain tissue without necrosis and function.It is founded that the effects are the difference when given the diffent dose and using by the diffent ways (continuous and pulsed). The intensity continuous ultrasound wave can produce much heat ,so it may be demege the tissue .We use the intensity continuous ultrasound wave therapy to cure the cerebraovascular disease in the clinical work usually.But it has not been reported on the reasons of the diffected effects between the intensity continuous and pulsed ultrasound wave to the body.The test is to study the reasons between the intensity continuous and pulsed ultrasound wave to the body from the angle of the revascularization. time window of ultro short wave therapy .We choose the therapy time in the super early time and the early time seperately,then providing the theory evidence for the clinical using of the ultrasound wave.Materials and MethodsChoose 100 healthy Wister rats and produce middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) with Zea-Longa method.Neurological deficits were evaluated by 0-4 scales (To select rats).The 100 rats are divided at random into the sham-opoeration, model group ,pulsed group and contiluous group.Each group has 15 rats.The sham-opoeration is normal,the model group is untreated with ultra sound wave,the pulsed group and the continuous group are treated with the intensity ultrasound wave for 10 minutes by the different cure time.The rats of the four groups are killed after 24h of reperfusion and are taken out the brain after 24h of the cure.Then calculate the dry and the wet weigh of the brains and determine the number of Bcl-2 and Bax seperately,compare the difference berween the 4 groups in the end .The result (p<0.05) has statistical meaning.ResultGiven the intensity pulsed ultrasound wave to the brain can not damage the nomal tissue,and can decrease the intent of the water in the brain after CBVD, raise the number of Bcl-2 and reduce the number of Bax.So the intensity pulsed ultrasound wave can lighten the patholigical damage.Given the intensity continuous ultrasound wave to the brain can damage the nomal tissue,and can increase the intent of the water in the brain after CBVD, reduce the number of Bcl-2 and raise the number of Bax.So the intensity pulsed ultrasound wave can worse the patholigical damage.
