The Clinical Value Of New Style Cesarean Section

Objective: The essay studies the situations of three kinds of the cesarean section in the secondary cesarean section,in order to discuss the value of the new style cesarean section.Methods: A retrospective analysis of the secondary operation after cesarean section was performed.Group A was new style cesarean section(n=35),Group B was Pfannenstiel incision cesarean section(n=27),Group C was traditional cesarean section (the longitudinal incision cesarean section)(n=84).Stark cesarean section was compared with Pfannenstiel incision cesarean section and the longitudinal incision cesarean section in abdominal wall scar healing,adhesion of rectus muscles,abdominal cavity adhesion,the total time and bleeding volum of operation and postoperative analgesia.Results: The rate of slender scar was 82.9% in Group A, 70.4% in Group B,and 28.6% in Group C,respectively.Group A compared with group C , the difference was statistically significant(p﹤0.05).But there were no differences betweed group A and group B(P﹥0.05).The total time of operation: group A﹤group B﹤group C. Group A compared with group B and C,the difference was statistically significant(p﹤0.05).Bleeding volume: there were no differences between group A and group B(P﹥0.05).Group A compared with Group C,the differene was statistically significant(p﹤0.05). The rate of adhesion of rectus muscles was 28.6% in group A,44.4% in group B and 53.6% in group C,respectively.Group A compared with group B and C ,the difference was statistically significant(p﹤0.05).The rate of abdominal cavity adhesion was 22.9% in group A , 25.9% in group B and 54.8% in group C,respectively.There were no differences between group A and group B(P﹥0.05).Group A compared with group C , the difference was statistically significant(p﹤0.05).The rate of postoperative analgesia was 14.3% in group A,66.7% in group B and 73.8% in group C, respectively. Group A compared with group B and C , the difference was statistically significant(p﹤0.05).Conclusions: The study shows that new style cesarean section has such advantages like short surgical time , little bleeding , less pain and slender scar. New style cesarean section doesn't cause more serious abdominal cavity adhesion , and cause less adhesion of rectus muscles than Pfannenstiel incision cesarean section and traditional cesarean section. So new style cesarean section is suitable for secondary cesarean section , and it should be further popularized.
