Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics ofⅠ~Ⅱs tag diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL) and the factors affecting its prognosis. Methods: From 2000 to 2007, 73 cases ofⅠ~Ⅱs tag diffuse large B-cell lymphoma were retrospectively joined this study. 36 are male and 37 are female, 34 of them are older than 60 years. 53 of them origin in lymph node ,and others are extranodalnon .There are 19 patients whose tumor are larger than five centimeters.17 patients accept chemotherapy+radiotherapy+ chemotherapy (C+R+C), 23 patients accept chemotherapy+radiotherapy(C+R) and 30 patient accept chemotherapy only. The field of radiaotherapy include local field or local enlarged field, the total dose for primarily filed is DT40-50Gy and the preventative dose is DT35-40 Gy for lymph node drainaged region .The main regiments for chemotherapy are CHOP and M-BACOP. Kaplan-Miere survival curve were applied to evaluate the overall survive rate and the prognostic factors respectively. Results: most of early-stage DLBCL are old people. Lymphadenectasis is always the first symptom for people origined in lymph node. System sypotom is few. Most of them origin in neck. Extranodalnon people have different syptom. The five year survival rate for all cases is 69.5%, five year survival rate for inside lymph node and extranodalnon is 72.3% and 66.4%,P=0.32.five year survival rate for C+R+C, C+R and C is 72.4%,70.2% and 66.8%,P=0.62.patients are older than 60 years and younger than 60 years the five year survival rate is 74.8 and 65.1% ,P<0.05.five year survival rate for male and female is 68.6% and 70.8%,P>0.05.tumor larger than five centimeters and smaller than five centimeters the five year survival rate is 80.3% and 51.9%, P<0.01. Conclusion: 60% to 70% of early stage diffuse large B-cell lymphoma patients can live long-term if they accept standard treatment. Gender and age have effect in prognosis, there are different therapeutic effect between patients who only accepte chemotherapy and combined therapy.
